Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the billing page. No email, no notice period, nothing to ask us for.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep your plan and everything on it until that date, and you are not charged again. The billing page shows the exact date your access ends.
Changing plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately. It starts a new billing period, so you are charged the new plan's full price and receive its full monthly allowance — not what was left of the old plan's.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep the plan you paid for until then, rather than losing days you have already bought.
When we refund
A charge you did not authorise. Refunded in full, and we will help you work out what happened.
A charge after you cancelled. Refunded in full.
The service could not do what your plan promises. If a fault on our side stopped you processing videos for a meaningful part of a billing period, and support could not resolve it, we refund that period.
A duplicate charge. Refunded in full.
When we do not refund
We do not refund the unused part of a period you chose to stop using, because cancelling already leaves that period intact — you keep what you paid for rather than losing it.
We do not refund because the clips chosen were not the ones you would have chosen. Selection is automatic and its results vary with the video; the free plan exists so you can judge that before paying.
We do not refund periods already consumed, or accounts ended for a breach of the terms of service.
How to ask
Write to baldaniyaharsh5@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subscription reference shown on your billing page. That reference is what lets us find the charge without asking you for card details — which we would never ask for.
We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay Software Private Limited to the original payment method, and typically reach you within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
