What is delivered
A subscription gives you access to the Glyphcast service at the plan you chose - the monthly allowance of videos, the length ceiling, and the features listed for that plan on the pricing page.
What the service produces is short video clips, cut from source video you provide. Those clips are ordinary MP4 files. There is no physical product and nothing is posted, couriered or shipped.
When it is delivered
Access is immediate. Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed by Glyphcast's payment provider, which is usually within a few seconds of completing checkout. If a bank or UPI app takes longer to confirm, activation follows whenever confirmation arrives - you do not need to pay again or contact us.
Clips are produced by processing, so they arrive when the processing finishes rather than instantly. How long that takes depends on the length of the video you sent and how busy the queue is. Progress is shown live while it runs, and nothing is charged per video - the allowance is part of the plan you already bought.
How you receive it
Everything is delivered inside your account. Finished clips appear in the library, and you download them individually or as a ZIP. They are not emailed, and we never post a link to your content anywhere public.
How long it stays available
Finished clips stay downloadable for 90 days, after which they are deleted. Source videos stay until you delete them. Download anything you want to keep - the files have no restrictions on what you do with them.
If something does not arrive
If a payment succeeded but your plan did not activate, or a video finished processing and no clips appeared, write to support@glyphcast.app with the reference shown on your billing page. A failure on our side that stopped the service working is a refundable case - the refund policy sets out how that works.
