Privacy requests
Requests to access, correct or delete your data go to privacy@glyphcast.app, and are handled under section 7 of the privacy policy. Say what you are asking for and we will act on it rather than ask you to fill in a form.

What to include
For anything that went wrong during processing, the most useful thing you can send is the link to the video in your library. It identifies the exact run, which stage it reached and what the pipeline recorded - which is usually enough to answer without a back-and-forth.
For a clip that came out wrong rather than failing outright, say what you expected instead. “It cut three words early” and “it picked a boring moment” are different problems with different causes, and the difference is not visible from our side.
Please do not send passwords, card details or one-time codes. Nobody here will ever ask for them, and an email asking you for any of the three is not from us.
When to expect a reply
We answer within 3 working days, and usually the same day. If something is broken and it is costing you a deadline, say so in the subject line - that is read first.
